In-Stock Dolls: Pre-made and shipped from our local warehouses in the US (California) or EU for delivery in 2-7 business days.
Custom Dolls: Handcrafted in our factory in Dongguan, China, and shipped directly to you. -
How long will it take to receive the doll?
In-Stock (USA only): 2-7 business days after payment.

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free and discreet standard shipping worldwide*. However, due to import restrictions, we cannot ship to Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil. -
Can I pick up my parcel?
Currently, local pick-up options are suspended. We can only ship to a valid residential or business address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. -
Is the shipping discreet?
Yes. All dolls are shipped in plain, brown cardboard boxes with no external labeling indicating the contents. The shipping label will list only our company name, "Little Dolphine." -
What does the doll come with?
Your doll arrives as a complete package, including: 1 x blanket, 1 x pair of handling gloves, 1 x cleaning kit, 1 x comb, 1 x free wig, and 1 x random free outfit (may differ from promotional photos).

I changed my mind after ordering. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at service@sexdolla.com. We begin processing orders within 8-24 hours. Changes or cancellations are subject to timing and restocking fees (10% within 12 hours, higher after). The sooner you contact us, the better.
