By accessing or purchasing from sexdolla.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase our products. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is a minor.

2. Product Use

SexDolla companions are intended for adult personal use only. Our products are designed and sold as artistic, collectible companions. You agree to use our products in a lawful manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-configured companions are made to order. Cancellations are subject to the following schedule: full refund within 4 hours, 95% refund within 8 hours, 80% refund within 24 hours. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production will have begun. Please review your customization selections carefully before submitting your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

In-stock dolls ship within 2–7 business days. Custom orders require 2–7 working days production plus shipping time (30–45 days standard, 7–15 days expedited for US/EU/UK). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Warranty & Defects

All dolls undergo a 12-point quality inspection before shipping. We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and the SexDolla brand — is the exclusive property of SexDolla and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SexDolla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SexDolla operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
