2. Product Use

SexDolla companions are intended for adult personal use only. Our products are designed and sold as artistic, collectible companions. You agree to use our products in a lawful manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-configured companions are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun (typically within 48 hours of order confirmation). Please review your customization selections carefully before submitting your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Production time is 4–8 weeks depending on customization complexity. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Warranty & Defects

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. This warranty covers structural defects and material failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and the SexDolla brand — is the exclusive property of SexDolla and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SexDolla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SexDolla operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
